This page explains what information this site collects, why, what is done with it, and what is kept in your browser.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry form on this site - on a course page, in the enquiry dialog or on the contact page - we receive the details you entered: your name, email address, phone number, the background you selected and the course you are interested in. An enquiry on behalf of an organisation adds the company name, the number of participants, the preferred format and the dates you asked for. The free-text message arrives as you wrote it.
Every form carries a checkbox confirming that you have read this page. Without it the form does not send.
Technical information
The site's hosting provider keeps standard access logs - the address a request came from, the page it asked for and the browser type. We see them in aggregate, to know which pages are read. There is no advertising tracking code on the site and no social network components.
Cookies and browser storage
The site's own code sets no cookies. It keeps two things in the browser: the language you chose and the settings you made in the accessibility menu - text size, contrast and the like. Both stay on your device, are not sent to us, and are removed when you clear the site's data in your browser.
Third-party services
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Both services receive the request from your browser and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
Why we hold it
To come back to you about your enquiry, to arrange enrolment in a cohort or training for a team, and to manage the relationship if it continues. We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Where registration for a certification exam requires it, only the details needed for that registration are passed to the examining body, and only after you have asked for the registration.
How it is protected
The form is sent over an encrypted connection and arrives as an email message to the academy team. Access is limited to the people handling the enquiry. A service provider that processes information on our behalf - the mail service the message travels through, for example - is bound by equivalent obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record we are required by law to keep. Write to info@spotacademy.co.il and we will respond within a reasonable period.
