Training for your team

The same certification courses, for a whole team - at the academy in Shoham, or hybrid with part of the sessions remote. The exercises are built around the equipment the team runs.

How it works for an organisation

Four steps, the same four in every team training - from a single vendor certification to a program built around a role.

Assessment

A meeting with the team lead: the participants' background, their level, the equipment they run and what the training is for - a certification, a new tool or a new role.

A tailored curriculum

The syllabus follows the exam topics the vendor publishes, and the exercises are adapted to your topology and equipment. When the goal is a role, the program is built around the tasks the team performs.

Delivery

At the academy in Shoham, or hybrid with part of the sessions remote, in intensive days or in evenings alongside work. The instructors are engineers from the group's operational teams, and the exercises run on real equipment.

Certification and report

Help booking the exam, and a completion report for the manager: who took part, what was covered and who sat the exam.

What the organisation gets

At the academy, or hybrid

The classroom in Shoham on its own equipment, or a hybrid format in which part of the sessions are remote and the hands-on days are here. The format follows the team and what the exercises need.

A syllabus on your topology

The exercises are built around the equipment and the topology the team runs, so the practice is as close as possible to the work itself.

Small groups

A small group, so the instructors reach every workstation and have time to stop on one participant's fault.

Preparation for the exam

Practice exams in the format of the certification exam, on the topics the vendor publishes, and help booking a slot at a Pearson VUE test centre.

Instructors from operational teams

The instructors are engineers from the group's own teams - they install, monitor and maintain this equipment for customers, and hold the certifications they teach.

A completion report

When the training ends the manager gets a report: who took part, what was covered, who sat the exam and where things stand.
